In the busy, incessant existence of today, it is hard to remember to take time for yourself. As a person with workaholic tendencies, I found appeal in the idea that rest could be radical, inspired by a quote from the song “Rest” by the band Half Alive. With this poster campaign, I wanted to illustrate the consequences of living to work, symbolized by the portable manifestation of work: the laptop. With the use of bright RISO inks, the posters catch attention and draw viewers in as it invites them to learn more about the importance of living for yourself.
